The name tells you what it is. Lama means a follower or teacher of Lord Buddha. Phera means rounds, or passes. A Lama Fera session is rounds of Lord Buddha’s healing energy passed over your energy field, again and again, until the heaviness lifts. Buddhist monks in the Himalayas have used it for over 2,500 years.

For most of its history this was a monastery practice. Monks in the Himalayas used it to protect themselves and to remove heavy energy from people and places. It passed from teacher to student, and almost nothing was written down. That is why so little about it appears in books.
That changed in the early 1990s, when the researcher S. K. Saini studied the tradition with senior Lamas near the Nepal–Tibet border and shaped it into the system healers learn today. It rests on 12 symbols, used in a fixed order. Each symbol carries the force of thousands of mantra repetitions, which is why the healing works so fast. Your body sits inside an energy field, the aura, and is powered by seven chakras. Long stress, emotional pain, psychic attack, black magic or a spirit attachment leaves dense patches in that field. Those patches do not stay hidden. Sooner or later they show up in daily life as illness, fear, fights at home and work that brings no result.
In a session the healer invokes the healing energy of Lord Buddha through the symbols and mantras and passes it through your field. Attachments are cut away. Stuck energy starts to move again. At the end the field is sealed, so what was removed does not come straight back. The balance between the five elements and the body’s solar and lunar channels is also restored.
One more thing, because it decides whether results last. In the Buddhist view, suffering begins when the soul does not know its own nature.
