Who This Policy Covers
Divine Shell operates divineshell.com and provides distance energy healing to clients in India and other countries. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Divine Shell, and “you” means anyone who visits the website or books a healing.

What We Collect
When you message us
If you contact us through the form on this website, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. If you message on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp display name and the contents of your messages.
People usually describe their situation when they first write. That can include details about health, family, work or money. We only ever receive what you choose to tell us, and you do not have to share anything you would rather keep private in order to ask a question.
When you book a healing
Bookings and payments are handled by Exly, which is a separate company. When you book, Exly collects your name, email address, phone number and payment details, and shares the booking details with us. We never see or store your card or bank details. Those stay with Exly and its payment providers.
For vastu healing of a home
Vastu healing needs the floor plan of the house, the full address and the name of the owner. We use that only to perform the healing for that property. We do not visit the property, we do not share the address with anyone, and we do not use it for anything else.
When you simply browse
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information through Google Analytics, including the pages you looked at, roughly how long you stayed, the country or region you connected from, and the type of device and browser you used. This is collected in a form that does not identify you by name. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks whether a submission is from a person or a bot. Google’s own privacy policy and terms apply to that check.
Why We Collect It
- To answer your questions and tell you whether a healing suits your situation
- To perform a healing you have booked and to tell you when it starts and finishes
- To keep a record of bookings and payments, which we are required to do
- To understand which pages of the website people find useful, so the writing can be improved
- To keep the website and the contact form from being abused
We do not sell your information to anybody. We do not share it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
Who Else Handles Your Data
- Exly for bookings and payments
- Google for website analytics and for the reCAPTCHA check
- WhatsApp and Instagram, both owned by Meta, if you choose to contact us there
- Hostinger, which hosts the website
Each of these has its own privacy policy, and your use of WhatsApp or Instagram is governed by Meta’s terms rather than ours.
Where Your Data Is Held
We are based in India and your information is handled there. The website itself is hosted on servers outside India. If you are writing to us from the United Kingdom, the European Union or anywhere else, your information will be transferred to and processed in India, which may have different data protection rules from your own country. By contacting us or booking a healing you agree to that transfer.
How Long We Keep It
Messages and the details of what you described are kept for as long as we are working with you, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics information is kept according to Google’s own retention settings. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your Rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you also have the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to your national data protection authority.
Write to divineshellteam@gmail.com and we will reply within thirty days. For booking or payment records held by Exly, you may need to contact Exly as well, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Cookies
This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to count visits, and Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies when you use the contact form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work if you do.
Children
This website is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anybody under eighteen. A healing for a child is arranged through a parent or guardian, who makes the booking and gives the details.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Please check it from time to time.
