Please read this before you pay. Healing bookings at Divine Shell are not refundable. This page sets out exactly what that means, and what to do instead if you are unsure. Last updated 11 October 2026.

The Short Version

Once a healing is booked, the payment is final and is not refunded. For a 21 day programme, once the programme has started it is not refunded, in whole or in part. Please ask your questions before you book, not after.

Why It Works This Way

A healing session is a block of time and work set aside for one person. Once the slot is reserved, that time is not available to anybody else, and once the healing has been performed the service has been delivered in full. There is nothing to return.

This is why asking first costs nothing and is encouraged. Message on WhatsApp, describe what has been happening, and you will be told honestly whether a healing suits your situation. If it does not, you will be told that rather than sold something.

Five Session Packages

A five session package is not refundable once booked. If you need to change the time, message on WhatsApp as early as you can and a new time will be arranged where possible. Because a distance session does not require you to be awake, at home or free, rescheduling is rarely needed.

21 Day Programmes

A 21 day programme is a single piece of work carried out over twenty one consecutive days, not twenty one separate purchases. Once it has started it is not refunded, and stopping part way through does not produce a partial refund or a credit.

If something happens in your life during a programme, tell us. Where it is possible to pause and resume rather than abandon it, that will be arranged.

Energised Items

Items such as the Dhan Yog bracelet are made and energised for one named person and one intention, which means they cannot be resold or reused. They are not returnable or refundable once the consultation has taken place and the item has been prepared.

If an item arrives damaged in the post, send a photograph within forty eight hours of delivery and a replacement will be arranged.

If a Session Cannot Be Performed

If we are not available to carry out a healing you have paid for, for any reason, you will be offered a new date or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This is the only situation in which money is returned.

If a booking was made with wrong details, such as an incorrect address or floor plan for vastu healing, the healing cannot be redone free of charge. Please check what you send.

Before You Book

Everything on this list is free and takes a few minutes.

  • Message on WhatsApp and describe your situation in your own words
  • Ask which healing fits, and whether the five session package or a programme makes more sense
  • Ask anything you are unsure about, including what healing will not do
  • Read the terms, particularly the part about results not being guaranteed

Nobody is pushed into booking. If your situation calls for a doctor, a lawyer or simply time, you will be told so.

Your Rights Where You Live

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union or another country whose law gives you a cancellation right that cannot be signed away, that right still stands and nothing on this page removes it. When you complete a booking you are asking for the healing to begin as soon as it is scheduled, and you accept that once it has been performed you can no longer cancel it.

Payment Disputes

If something has gone wrong, write to divineshellteam@gmail.com or message on WhatsApp first. Almost everything is sorted out quickly that way. Raising a dispute with your bank before contacting us only slows things down for both of us.
